The AGES (AEROMMA+CUPiDS, GOTHAAM, EPCAPE, and STAQS) workshop will bring together researchers and stakeholders from all of the different field activities occurring during the summer of 2023, including the Atmospheric Emissions and Reactions Observed from Megacities to Marine Areas (AEROMMA) + Coastal Urban Plume Dynamics Study (CUPiDS), the Greater New York Oxidant, Tropospheric Halogens, and Aerosol Measurements and Modeling (GOTHAMM) field study, the Eastern Pacific Cloud Aerosol Precipitation Experiment (EPCAPE), and the Synergistic TEMPO Air Quality Science (STAQS) mission to discuss science goals, planning, and coordination.
- Provide a platform to discuss the science goals for all the different activities occurring during the summer of 2023 and identify overlapping science goals
- Increase collaboration both logistically and scientifically across the different campaigns
- Increase collaboration between researchers collecting the measurements and researchers using the measurements for model and/or satellite evaluation
- Increase collaboration between researchers and environmental managers/stakeholders
The AGES workshop will be a hybrid meeting, held at the Sustainability, Energy, and Environmental Community (SEEC) building at the University of Colorado Boulder. Registrants are encouraged to attend in person, but there is also a virtual component. The virtual component will allow participants to give presentations, listen to all discussions, including the breakout sessions, and ask questions through a chat application like Slido.
Registration deadline: August 31, 2022
