Description

The Aerosol Lifecycle Working Group infrastructure group works to provide important aerosol-related products to the ASR science community. One exciting aspect of this work involves implementation of new algorithms or production of new science products, while another aspect – perhaps less exciting but equally valuable - centers around establishing consistent, uniform processing for the diverse assortment of measurements embodied in the ARM Aerosol Observing Systems deployed at ARM facilities. We present highlights of ALWG data products available in the ARM archive including 1) an improved cloud-screened AOD product for NSA (Kassianov et al, 2013, Atmosphere and DOE Pulse), 2) robust averaged CCN supersaturation concentrations, 3) MFRSR aerosol column-intensive properties, 4) SAS-He Langley calibration and AOD retrievals, 5) a survey of AOS-related data products uniformly generated across ARM.
