Description

ARM provides diverse and comprehensive measurements from three highly instrumented, fixed ground sites at the North Slope of Alaska, Southern Great Plains, and Eastern North Atlantic. In addition, ARM operates and maintains an Aerial Facility and various Mobile Facilities. The ARM Data Center (ADC: http://www.adc.arm.gov/), is responsible for providing end-to-end data service capabilities for ARM’s ‘multi-dimensional’ climate data, including storing, managing and distributing data. This poster will discuss various new and improved data and metadata tools that are recently developed by ADC. These tools are particularly used by the ARM/ASR community to perform a wide variety of tasks such as, data quality reporting, metadata management, data citations, data search and data access via web services, common and preventive maintenance reporting. During the poster session users will have an opportunity to see demos and communicate any technical questions with the tool developers.
