Description

The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) user facility provides measurements to support research conducted by the Atmospheric System Research (ASR) program and the broader atmospheric science community. The work of ARM is performed by a diverse group of dedicated staff who manage a complex array of functions serving the science community. ARM also has implemented standing groups to facilitate communications between facility management and staff and the science community. It is important for ASR scientists to be familiar with ARM functions and roles so that they can most effectively make use of ARM’s many resources. This poster will include descriptions of ARM roles and how they relate to important functions such as instrument operations, data product development, data discovery, and engagement with ARM and the science community.
