I’m happy to announce that Dr. Jeff Stehr joined DOE as a program manager for ASR on November 25, 2019.  Jeff’s research background is in atmospheric aerosols and air quality and he comes to us most recently from NASA Headquarters where he led a team of contractors on projects in NASA’s Earth Science and Heliophysics divisions. Look for a more in-depth introduction to Jeff in the January ASR newsletter.

Another happy announcement is that this year’s ASR Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) has been released.  See the newsletter for more details.

While we won’t be attending the AGU meeting this year, both Jeff and I are hoping to see many of you at the AMS meeting in Boston this January.
