2020 ARM/ASR Joint Meeting Update

Published: 9 June 2020

ARM-ASR 2020 Joint MeetingAs previously announced, the 2020 Joint ARM/ASR User Facility and Principal Investigators Meeting will be a “virtual” meeting this year.  The program managers have developed a streamlined agenda for the remote meeting that still captures some of the critical elements of the ARM/ASR meeting. The meeting will still contain programmatic updates, plenary presentations, poster abstract talks, and breakout sessions.  There will also be a session on the next ARM Decadal Vision plan.

Registration: Attendees must register separately for plenaries and for each breakout session.

Agenda: Please see the draft meeting agenda on the meeting web page.

Please note, that while participation in the virtual meeting is open to the ARM/ASR community and other interested scientists, participants will still be required to register for the meeting.  This will help keep the meeting secure and help ARM and ASR plan the required meeting support.  More registration information will be provided in the next few weeks.

This will be the first time that ARM/ASR will hold a large virtual meeting, and there are bound to be a few bumps along the way.  While everything is being done to ensure that this is a productive meeting, organizers do ask for your patience through this process.  They also ask that you work with the breakout session organizers and respond to their requests in a timely manner to ensure that the breakout sessions go smoothly.
